The scrap steel crushing and sorting production line is mainly used to process various scrap metal materials such as car bodies, tinplate, lightweight iron sheets, color steel tiles, oil drums, household appliances, bicycles, etc. These metal materials undergo coarse crushing, fine crushing, impurity removal, and sorting to ultimately turn the scrap into high-quality steel raw materials, which have good market applications and high sales prices. Scrap steel production line processing materials:

Metal crushers often appear in the market in the form of single machines or production lines. The main body of the metal crusher mainly consists of a rotor system, a feeding device, a discharging device, a main transmission device, a dust removal device, a main body shell, and an inner lining. The metal crusher production line consists of a feed conveyor, crusher host, discharge conveyor, magnetic separator, dust collector, eddy current separator, etc.

The crushed materials from the metal crusher are separated from other metals by belt conveyors and magnetic sorting systems, and then transported back to the pile by their respective conveyors. Nonferrous metals and non-metallic materials will be sorted again by eddy current magnetic separation equipment on the conveyor, sorting out metal materials to improve the recovery of metal materials. At the same time, non-ferrous metals can also be manually selected to reduce equipment investment.
