II. Full-Process Customized Solution

 

Centered on our can-specific shredder and small high-efficiency crusher, combined with eddy current separator, belt conveyor, and dust & paint removal equipment, we build an integrated "preprocessing-crushing-sorting-purification" production line suitable for scrap yards and renewable resource recycling plants. It realizes automated and refined processing of mixed tin and aluminum can materials, supports customization for small/medium/large processing volumes, with the process as follows:

 

Feeding & Preprocessing: Mixed cans (bulk/baled) are transported to the can-specific shredder via a belt conveyor. The equipment adopts a anti-jamming double-shaft design, which quickly tears and extrudes loose cans to achieve initial volume reduction, and peels off part of the surface paint coating synchronously, with a volume reduction rate of over 60%;
Fine Crushing: The shredded can material is fed into the small high-efficiency crusher and crushed into uniform small-sized metal particles (10-30mm, particle size adjustable on demand), which completely breaks the can's sealed structure, removes residual liquid/impurities, and paves the way for subsequent sorting;
Intelligent Sorting & Purification: The crushed mixed metal particles are processed by the eddy current separator, which achieves accurate separation of tin cans (ferromagnetic) and aluminum cans (non-ferrous metals) by the eddy current effect, with a sorting accuracy of over 98%; the supporting dust & paint removal equipment collects dust, paint skin and other impurities synchronously to avoid pollution and improve the purity of finished metal;
Finished Product Collection: The separated pure iron particles and pure aluminum particles are collected through aggregate silos respectively, which directly meet the raw material feeding standards of downstream steel mills and aluminum smelters without secondary processing.
