Centered on our "household appliance-specific shredder and multi-stage crusher", combined with "high-frequency magnetic separator, high-precision eddy current separator, air separation equipment and environmental treatment devices", we build an integrated "preprocessing-classified dismantling-crushing and sorting-resource utilization-environmental disposal" production line suitable for renewable resource recycling plants and household appliance dismantling centers. It can handle all types of waste household appliances and support customized layout according to daily processing capacity. The core process is as follows:
1. Preprocessing & Classified Dismantling (Manual Assistance + Equipment Adaptation)
First, manually assist in separating easily recyclable high-value components: dismantle compressors and refrigerants of air conditioners/refrigerators (recycle separately to avoid leakage pollution); separate circuit boards and batteries of televisions/computers (collect separately for subsequent special treatment); disassemble washing machine motors and air conditioner copper coils. The remaining large materials (appliance casings, inner tanks, frames) are transported to the household appliance-specific shredder via a belt conveyor. Equipped with an anti-jamming double-shaft design and wear-resistant alloy blades, the equipment can quickly tear and extrude irregular appliance bodies into 300-500mm lumps, synchronously peel off surface plastic coatings and residual oil stains, and achieve initial volume reduction (volume reduction rate over 65%).
2. Fine Crushing & Homogenization
The shredded lumps are fed into the multi-stage high-efficiency crusher, and processed into uniform 10-30mm particles through progressive treatment of multiple crushing chambers. It completely breaks the adhesion structure of metals, plastics and glass, peels off residual impurities in appliance inner tanks (such as scale in washing machine inner tanks and foam insulation in refrigerators), laying a foundation for subsequent precise sorting. The equipment is optimized for the characteristics of household appliance mixed materials, avoiding glass fragments scratching metal particles and reducing plastic adhesion.
3. Multi-Stage Intelligent Sorting & Purification
The homogenized particles are sent to the sorting link through a closed conveying system to achieve step-by-step separation: ① High-frequency magnetic separator separates ferromagnetic metals such as steel and iron (e.g., appliance casing steel plates, motor cores); ② High-precision eddy current separator separates non-ferrous metals such as aluminum and copper (e.g., air conditioner copper coil fragments, aluminum inner tank particles) with a sorting accuracy of over 98%; ③ Air separation equipment separates non-metallic impurities such as plastics and foam (e.g., appliance casing plastics, refrigerator insulation foam); ④ Manually assist in screening glass fragments (e.g., TV screen glass) for separate collection and treatment.
4. Environmental Disposal & Resource Utilization
Supporting dust removal equipment collects dust generated during crushing and sorting, and oil stain collection devices recover residual oil stains from appliance dismantling, which are discharged up to standard or reused after purification, fully complying with environmental standards. The separated pure iron, aluminum and copper particles are directly connected to downstream smelters, plastic fragments can be recycled for granulation, circuit boards are sent to professional institutions for precious metal extraction, and glass fragments are used for building materials processing, realizing a "zero-waste" resource closed loop for waste household appliances.
