The cutting of steel bars is accomplished through the precise alignment of large blades and small blades with special tooth profiles, and the cutting length of the steel bars is controlled by adjusting the spacing between the blade teeth. Main application scenarios

In the field of construction waste recycling: processing the leftover steel bars from building demolition and construction, crushing them and sending them to steel plants for remelting, replacing some of the original iron ore, and reducing the energy consumption and cost of steel production. Prefabricated component factory waste disposal: Processing the steel bar scraps generated during the production of prefabricated panels and beams, crushing them into "recycled steel bar aggregates" for the production of small concrete prefabricated components, achieving resource recycling.

Core strengths

It can directly process round steel and threaded steel with a diameter of 6-50mm, whether it is the entire long steel bar, the cut steel bar head, or the waste steel bar with attached concrete blocks on the surface (such as dismantling steel components of buildings), it can effectively strip the concrete and break the steel bars, avoiding the problems of "jamming" and "incomplete crushing" of traditional equipment.

Accurate and controllable cutting length: The finished product has high regularity and does not require secondary sorting, reducing downstream processing costs.

The equipment is equipped with overload protection device, which will automatically shut down when encountering superhard impurities to prevent equipment damage; Some models also integrate dust removal devices to reduce the dust generated during the crushing process, which meets environmental protection requirements.
